Delegates to the convention shall not have served in a state elective office or served as a registered lobbyist currently or in the previous four years" Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Bunde objected. Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Cissna: Delete "have served in a state elective office or served as a registered lobbyist currently or in the previous four years" Insert "currently be serving as an elected official or serving as a paid registered lobbyist" Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Coghill objected. Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment to Amendment No. 1.
